PROGRESS TOUR PLAYER AGREEMENT

Progress Tour Player Agreement:

Signing the agreement indicates that the player commits to participating in and fulfilling the following requirements:

1. Competing in the Progress Tour Easter Bowl tournament for its full duration or until elimination (April 8-11, 2025) unless prevented by medical reasons.

2. Attending all media-related activities scheduled for April 7, 2025 and duration of the tournament, including but not limited to photoshoots and interviews.

3. Taking part in the Progress Tour Dingles competition on April 7, 2025.

4. Posting on social media (Instagram) to promote the event as follows:

   a. Minimum of one post on the designated media day (post, story, or reel)

   b. Minimum of one post at any time during the tournament (post, story, or reel)

   c. Minimum of one post at the conclusion of the event

   d. Agree to collaborate with The Progress Tour and its partners in accordance with A,B,C.

5. Attending interviews following each match, as well as any scheduled award ceremonies during the tournament.

6. Providing commentary during the match at the change of ends (set breaks)

Throughout the duration of this Agreement and in relation to all Tour activities, the player further agrees to:

1. Maintain confidentiality and refrain from sharing inside information.

2. Compete with the intent to win and give their best effort in all matches.

3. Abstain from placing bets or wagers on any tennis events worldwide during the term of this Agreement.

4. Comply with anti-doping regulations, including availability for both in-competition and out-of-competition testing as outlined in the World Anti-Doping Code.

Prize Money:

The allocation of appearance fee and prize money is determined based on players completing all scheduled matches as specified in the event details for the tournament. In the event, a player does not complete all scheduled obligations (Point 1-5), deductions to monies payable may be applied at the discretion of the tournament director.

Code of Conduct:

Players are required to adhere to The Progress Tour’s official rules, including all standards outlined in the Code of Conduct, as well as any additional guidelines that may be introduced in the future.

Medical Treatment:

By entering into this agreement, the player authorises on-site medical personnel to provide basic healthcare and rehabilitation services throughout the event. This includes treatment from the Athletic Trainer/Physiotherapist within their professional scope. Additionally, the player permits the administration of non-prescription medication (such as ibuprofen, paracetamol, Panadol, or similar) upon request. It is the player’s responsibility to inform The Progress Tour of any allergies or conditions that could affect the administration of such medication.

Image and Media Rights:

The player grants The Progress Tour, along with its affiliates and partners, a permanent, royalty-free license to use any audiovisual content featuring the player—such as their name, voice, image, likeness, signature, or other forms of identification—for promotional or commercial purposes related to the Progress Tour.

Event Communications:

The player agrees to receive event-related messages from The Progress Tour via email, phone, or messaging apps like WhatsApp. It is the player’s responsibility to keep their contact details current.

Termination of Agreement:

The Progress Tour reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the player fails to comply with its terms. Additionally, termination may occur due to inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful behaviour both on and off the court. Any violation of The Progress Tour’s Code of Conduct, Rules and Regulations, or other required terms may also result in termination.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:

The Progress Tour prioritises player safety and takes significant precautions to ensure a secure event environment. However, the player acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with travel, event participation, and venue entry, including but not limited to:

• Potential exposure to illnesses such as COVID-19 or the flu, which may lead to serious medical conditions or, in extreme cases, death.

• Physical risks inherent in competitive tennis, including injuries.

By choosing to participate, the player knowingly assumes these risks—whether anticipated or unforeseen—and fully releases The Progress Tour, the event venue, and all associated officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the "Event Organisers") from any present or future claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from participation in the tournament.

Furthermore, the player agrees not to pursue legal action against the Event Organisers and commits to holding them harmless from any liabilities related to their travel, attendance, or competition in the tournament

Entire Agreement:

This document represents the full and final agreement between the parties, replacing any previous written or verbal agreements related to the same subject matter.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial for any claims or disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.
