Image and Media Rights:
The player grants The Progress Tour, along with its affiliates and partners, a permanent, royalty-free license to use any audiovisual content featuring the player—such as their name, voice, image, likeness, signature, or other forms of identification—for promotional or commercial purposes related to the Progress Tour.
Event Communications:
The player agrees to receive event-related messages from The Progress Tour via email, phone, or messaging apps like WhatsApp. It is the player’s responsibility to keep their contact details current.
Termination of Agreement:
The Progress Tour reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the player fails to comply with its terms. Additionally, termination may occur due to inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful behaviour both on and off the court. Any violation of The Progress Tour’s Code of Conduct, Rules and Regulations, or other required terms may also result in termination.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver:
The Progress Tour prioritises player safety and takes significant precautions to ensure a secure event environment. However, the player acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with travel, event participation, and venue entry, including but not limited to:
Potential exposure to illnesses such as COVID-19 or the flu, which may lead to serious medical conditions or, in extreme cases, death.
Physical risks inherent in competitive tennis, including injuries.
By choosing to participate, the player knowingly assumes these risks—whether anticipated or unforeseen—and fully releases The Progress Tour, the event venue, and all associated officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the "Event Organisers") from any present or future claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from participation in the tournament.
Furthermore, the player agrees not to pursue legal action against the Event Organisers and commits to holding them harmless from any liabilities related to their travel, attendance, or competition in the tournament
