Every fortnight at ProWorld Academy in Delray Beach, FL. Win more than $3,000 dollars in three competition days!

The HotelPlanner Tour Shootout Series is an action-packed, open-level competition welcoming players of all backgrounds to test themselves against top challengers. With an intensive *three-day format, multiple UTR/WTN matches, and financial earning opportunities, this series is designed to deliver high-quality competition, player development, and entertainment for fans.

The HotelPlanner Shootout Series will be operating every other week providing YOU with the opportunity to build your UTR and WTN ratings and earn some great cash and valuable hotel vouchers along the way!

Dates/Times:

Saturday 15th - Monday 17th November 2025

*In case of a 128-player draw, the event will be extended by a day (e.g. Saturday-Tuesday)

Draws and start times will be published on the Friday before each event by 6pm. Matchplay will start on Saturday morning, and players must be ready to compete on all scheduled tournament days.

Draw & Format:

• Men's & Women's Singles Event Open to ALL LEVELS & AGES

• Draws will be structured and seeded using UTR

• Minimum of 2 x singles matches per player, with all matches processed for UTR/WTN ratings.

• Best of 3 sets - two standard tie-break sets with a deciding Super-Tiebreaker 3rd set (Consolation Draws may be revised to short set matches)

Entry types:

Please note, there are two entry choices below - please select the one that is most relevant to you.

1. Option 1 - Cost $100: Tournament Entry

2. Option 2 - Get 100% of your entry fee back in vouchers! Cost $200: Tournament Entry + $200 HotelPlanner Voucher.

If you purchase Option 2, upon conclusion of the event, win or lose, you will receive a $200 HotelPlanner Voucher to be used to book any hotel of your choice available on HotelPlanner.com. We recognise that hotels and accommodation costs for any travelling tennis player can be significant .Use our vouchers to save money and use at any event or destination you choose.

Entry/Withdrawal Deadline:

Friday 14th November 2025 at 3pm

Any entries received after the deadline cannot be accepted. Players that withdraw after the withdrawal deadline forfeit their entry fee refund, irrespective of reason.

• Recommended entry level of UTR 5.00+ - all challengers welcome!

• Entries are determined on first come, first served basis
