The first part of the 2022 Compete & Earn series is coming to a close!

We've had a busy start to the year since the launch of our Compete & Earn series, which has seen 28 events take place across Scotland, Wales and England providing earning opportunities and bundles of level-based matches to more than 120 tennis players! After four months of great earning opportunities and competitive experiences, the first leg of the 2022 Compete & Earn circuit is winding down, with just three more events taking place before the summer break, as we then gear up for the Progress Tour Summer Swing. The second part of the Compete & Earn circuit will kick off in September with plenty more events planned for all over the U.K., so watch this space for more information soon!

Last weekend saw Tier 1 & 2 events take place at the Redhill Lawn Tennis Club and had some new contenders take over the top spots! Compete & Earn first-timers, Connor Chappell (UTR 8.87) and Ivan Denisov (UTR 12.39) walked away with the victories with Connor taking victory over Roisin Boyd in the the Tier 2 finals, and Ivan coming through a tough field, with victory in the final over Louis Quaynor (UTR 11.28) in the Tier 1 finals. Both players had battled through thriller semi-finals matches, against Victor Paganetti (UTR 11.00) and James Markiewicz (UTR 11.76) respectively.

After taking the title in three of the four events he has competed in, James Markiewicz now takes over the top spot on the Compete & Earn leaderboard, edging past Hugo Jackson! With three events left before Summer, there's still lots of movement possible in our top 10 with many players following close behind. The Autumn Swing certainly promises to be an exciting one!

May and June will see three Compete & Earn events take place in Redhill, The Training Base, and Stony Stratford before we kick off our Summer Swing of Prize Money events! Our Summer Swing will see a mix of college players, up-and-coming junior players, and professional players all battle it out for a slice of the £25,000 prize pot across the three events. We welcome all challengers with a UTR 5.00 and above to participate - each event provides guaranteed level-based matches for every competitor, and the opportunity to progress and compete against higher level players, and win their way through to the money rounds.
