PRIZE MONEY SERIES

A series of high quality events for players of all levels providing substantial earning opportunities and level based and progressive matchplay.

PRIZE MONEY SERIES

The prize money series embodies what the Progress Tour is all about. From its inception, the tour has aimed  to provide increased earning opportunities and level-based matchplay to British players on home soil. Throughout the year, we host a number of major money events across the country, as well as a number of International Prize Money Events on foreign soil. Prize money events operate with a £5,000 or £10,000 prize pot on offer, as well as multiple wildcard opportunities available at selected events. To see more details about an event's prize money and wildcard opportunities, please see the event details. Players of all levels are welcome to participate!

EVENT FORMAT

A staggered entry and progressive draw format, sees players placed into level-based draws, with each player given the opportunity to progress and play higher rated players and earn their way into the money rounds. Lower level players start earlier in the event, with the higher rated players coming in at a later stage of the draw. A minimum of three matches is provided to each player, with a maximum of two matches per day.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To provide flexibility for all players, we keep registration open until a few days before the event. The entry and withdrawal deadline are one and the same and are on the Thursday before the event. Full refunds are provided for withdrawals received before this time. The draws and match times will be published 2-3 days before the event with all event information being sent out by email prior to this.

FAQs

Who can participate in Prize Money Events?

Female and male players of all levels are welcome to participate, but we do recommend a UTR of 5.00 and above. At each event, we try to ensure that every player gets a number of level-based matches.

Where can I find the draw and how do I know when I'll be playing?

The draws and match schedules will be published at 1pm on the Friday before the event. A link to the draw will be sent to you by email prior to this. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a starting day before the entry/withdrawal deadline, and players must be prepared to play on each day of the event.

What is the event format?

A staggered entry and progressive draw format sees players placed into level-based draws, with each player given the opportunity to progress and play higher rated players and earn their way into the money rounds. Lower level players start earlier in the event, with the higher rated players coming in at a later stage of the draw. A minimum of three matches is provided to each player, with a maximum of two matches per day.

Where can I find out about player accommodation?

Player accommodation is not available at every event, but if there is, we will post this on our Instagram page @theprogresstour and/or within the event details of that specific event.
