We've got a busy week ahead at The Progress Tour!

We JUST wrapped up a busy weekend with a Tier I & Tier II Compete & Earn event in Sutton, and are already getting back into gear to host no less than THREE events this week! We're kicking our busy week off with the £5,000 Prize Money event at the Edgbaston Priory Club. The event will run from 16-19 March and promises to see plenty of high quality matches hit the courts. Have a peek at the draw HERE and keep an eye out for further coverage through the week on our Instagram page (@theprogresstour).

This weekend, we will be hosting two Compete & Earn events at opposite ends of the Country, with Redhill Lawn Tennis Club (Surrey) and the Adam Brown Tennis Academy (Gleneagles, Scotland) playing host to all three tiers of the Compete & Earn series. Stay tuned for results in next week's update!

Finally, we want to put the spotlight on last week's winners and finalists of our Tier I and Tier II Compete & Earn Events in Sutton. BOTH Tier I and II saw repeat champions walk away with the number one spot! James Markiewicz prevailed over Tom Dunlop in a tight two setter to walk away with his third number title in the first three months of the circuit. It's Hugo Jackson, however, who sits in poll position at the top of the Compete & Earn leaderboard after successfully battling it out against Simon Hegarty in the Tier II final!

It's tight at the top of the leaderboard with only 3-points between our two latest winners. As in every Compete & Earn event, the top 4 finishers in both tiers walked away with a share of the prize pot and a haul of circuit points!

The Compete & Earn series, new from The Progress Tour in 2022, aims to provide increased level-based and progressive competitive opportunities and player support for a wider demographic of British player, starting from UTR 5 and upwards. The circuit will consist of over 50 'mini money' events taking place between January - June and September - December, and will support players to the tune of £40,000 over the course of the circuit, with direct financial support to offset the significant costs involved in the sport, as well as some fabulous development opportunities. Learn more about our Compete & Earn events HERE.

We have many more events coming up all across the UK in the next few weeks and months, so make sure to head to our events page and sign up before they fill up!
